Remember December

How was your Christmas? Was it as fun as you ought it to be? I hope it was.


I'm guessing you want to know how my Christmas was huh? Well I could think of four words to describe it. It was fun, simple, meaningful and full of love. 


As I go through adulthood, I begin to understand the true meaning of Christmas Day. Most people, including myself, would be all stressed out and have an empty wallet after it. Crazy but true right? We tend to forget that it is NOT really about US. Its all about JESUS. It should be his day. It should be a day to truly thank him for everything. 


I guess that most people have been "used" to the rush that Christmas gives. All the christmas parties that we have to attend to, tons of foods to fill in our tummies, buying of gifts, new clothes and shoes. Most people would be in a festive mood at this time of the year. I ask myself, is there something wrong with being in a happy mood during the holidays? Of course not. But that leads me to another thought. HAPPINESS is indeed very subjective. Happiness is a CHOICE. 


So, let us not forget the mere reason why we celebrate Christmas. It is really all about HIM. And hey, choose to be happy all the time. Smile lovelies!!


(I know I was blabbering a lot! Haha. Forgive me, I'm a newbie :p)

Beginner's Luck

First post for my blog. Clearly, I don't know what to type as I do this. But, the main purpose of this blog is for me to keep track of what has happened in my life. Isn't it great to see some of the eventful events in your life with  just some clicks away? :)
